Clear Dates With ESMI
Please go to our website
www.esmihome.org and fill out the
Plan a Trip form. You will then receive via email a confirmation of your trip. If you have any questions about your location of ministry, desired ministry(ies), number of team members, etc., you can send an email to esmieletter@aol.com. Please note your trip is not confirmed until you receive your confirmation email.
Making Travel Plans
Once you have confirmation from us on your dates, number of team members, ministry location and ministry project for your team, then go ahead and make your airline arrangements. This airline itinerary must be submitted to
esmiprm@gmail.com office four weeks before travel.
Trip Cost
Once your trip is confirmed, ESMI will forward you an estimated cost for your team’s trip to Haiti. You can visit
https://www.esmihome.org/page/faqs to get a list of current-estimated cost depending on location too. The cost information is also located in this packet.
All payments are due four weeks prior your team’s departure date to ESMI mailing address below. This allows adequate time in the US and wiring funds to Haiti for our Haiti staff to begin preparations for your team’s arrival. ESMI reserves the right to cancel your team’s trip if funds are not received on time.
You can mail your funds to the address below or contact our ESMI coordinator at
esmiprm@gmail.com to have your funds wired to our account:

Travel, Medical and Emerg. Evacuation Insurance
All team members are encouraged to acquire International Medical and Emergency Evacuation insurance. Team leaders and sending-church leadership should verify that policies are in place. ESMI does not provide travel, medical or emergency evacuation insurance coverage. Each church, organization, or individuals are responsible for acquiring this coverage on their own.
